What the work actually looks like
The exact scope depends on your specialty, but every operator in the network works inside the same standard.
What you would own
- List building, targeting, or enrichment for an agreed ICP
- Writing and sending outbound messages (LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp)
- Or, for AI workflow builders: building and maintaining the automation that does the above
- Reply monitoring, qualification, and clean handoff to the client or Gasimo lead
- Basic reporting on what was sent, what replied, and what qualified
What we expect
- Clean, human, brand-safe messaging, no spam or mass-blast tactics
- Reliable turnaround and communication during the trial and any work after
- Honesty about what is and is not working, early
- Comfort working inside shared docs, trackers, and simple qualification criteria
- Your own tools or workflow, or willingness to work inside ours
Apply, get reviewed, then trial on a pay-per-lead basis
We review every application. If there is a fit, you work with us on a pay-per-lead basis on real client or internal campaigns, no long unpaid trial. If that goes well on both sides, we talk about a more consistent or full-time arrangement. If it does not, you keep the pay-per-lead work and walk away with no hard feelings, and you stay in the network for future opportunities either way.
