Terms of Service

1. Overview
Gasimo provides outreach and execution services (including but not limited to business development, virtual SDR delivery, fundraising outreach systems, hiring outreach systems, and related consulting/support). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. No Guarantees / No Investment Advice
We do not guarantee results (including replies, meetings, hires, revenue, fundraising outcomes, or allocations). Any targets discussed are operational goals, not guaranteed outcomes. Gasimo does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on our work.

3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, approve messaging where required, and comply with applicable laws, platform terms, and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring claims about your business are accurate and not misleading.

4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Gasimo to spam, harass, mislead, or violate platform policies (e.g., LinkedIn) or any laws. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we believe a use case is harmful, unlawful, or reputationally risky.

5. Confidentiality
We may work with sensitive business information. We will treat non-public information as confidential and will not disclose it except as required to deliver services or by law. (If you use a separate MSA/NDA, it supersedes this section.)

6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, templates, playbooks, and internal processes remain Gasimo IP. Client-specific deliverables created for you (e.g., scripts customized to your business) are licensed for your internal use.

7. Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment terms, and scope are defined in the written proposal / statement of work. Unless stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once work has started due to time allocation and reserved capacity.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gasimo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Gasimo in the prior 30 days (or the amount stated in your contract).

9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
We may use third-party tools (e.g., analytics, scheduling, email infrastructure). Their terms apply independently. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third parties.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
